Photosynthesis

The bright blue, orange, glass-and-wire contraption that is Wellesley’s Science Center plays many roles: hide-and-seek wonderland, all-nighter destination, and this October, a playground for four models. Sci is arguably the most architecturally interesting academic building on campus, making it the perfect complement to outfits where unconventional twists invigorate the usual fall regimen of cable knits, plaid, and warm colors. Cinch a wide-shouldered plaid blazer to exaggerate a retro silhouette, add a pop of color to a flowy trench with a swash of neon eyeshadow, or pair studded Doc Martens with corduroy for a utilitarian finish, to name a few options. Layer up with Meg, Aurora, Alex, and Sadie as they explore the renovated Science Center. With all the colors, shapes, and textures to marvel at, you never know what bright idea might suddenly strike you next.
